What are you going to work with?
I´ll step in as sales manager for RCV trucks.
What does it take to succeed in your role?
Sensitivity, curiosity and a sense of daring to ask and challenge. That, combined with trying to push for and create new business opportunities, I think is important.
How do you see JOAB as a workplace?

Give examples of how you work in everyday life?
I´ll try to build strength in "my" team by creating the conditions they need to do great business for JOAB.
Mostly support and coaching, then, to see others around me develop and succeed with what they do.
What does the future hold for our industry?
I believe that product development is going stronger and faster towards fully electric operation and driverless cars. It´s important to be able to adapt your range, your portfolio so that you can take overall responsibility for what you sell.
What attracts with this particular industry?
You get a flexible job with many different parts, everything from product to service.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Cooking and being out in nature. Plays quite a lot of golf and is often out with the caravan.

Looking forward to getting to know all the competent people within JOAB and to creating new networks of contacts.
