At JOAB, our service is not limited to only delivering high-quality products. We understand that sustainable success requires a continuous commitment to support our customers throughout the entire product life cycle. That's why we offer a set of aftermarket services aimed at maximizing the performance, reliability and lifespan of your JOAB products. In addition, we have a wide contact network with Authorized Service Partners in the markets where we deliver our equipment. With JOAB, you are always in safe hands when it comes to keeping your products in top shape and your business running smoothly!

We have a wide contact network with authorized service partners in the markets where we deliver our equipment. With JOAB, you are always in safe hands when it comes to keeping your products in top shape and your business running smoothly! The chassis manufacturers' workshops are automatically authorized for JOAB's bodies.
Other services we provide
- High availability: Our main goal is to offer high availability in terms of spare parts, technical support and service. We work hard to ensure that you always have access to the resources you need.
- Strong service foundation: JOAB currently has six of its own service workshops in Sweden and one in Finland. All our workshops are staffed by trained and knowledgeable staff with access to a wide range of spare parts. In addition, we have a wide contact network with authorized service partners so that you can get quick help wherever you are.
- Technical Support: Our team of trained staff is available for technical support via phone and email to assist you as needed.
- Professional training: We invest in first-class training for service and workshop staff, as well as users of our products.
- Simple complaints handling: We have a smooth and rational complaints handling to deal with any questions or problems you may encounter.
- Spare parts: We have central warehouses for spare parts in Gothenburg, Malmö and in Nurmijärvi in Finland to ensure fast delivery.
- JOAB Academy: We have two dedicated training centers in our own premises, but we also offer training directly at our customers' premises.
- Service agreement: We offer preventive maintenance service agreements, which help to ensure that your JOAB products are always in optimal condition.

BUSINESS CONDITIONS
Returns of stock items can be made within 30 days, with a 20% return deduction. A JOAB reference must be contacted before making a return or refund. The JOAB return form must be completed and sent along with the goods; unmarked goods will not be credited. Electrical components and non-stock items are non-returnable. Shipping and packaging costs will be credited if the reason for the return is caused by JOAB.
RESETTING THE SERVICE INDICATOR
The function is used by JOAB approved workshops to reset the service indicator.
Contact the person responsible for External Service at JOAB to apply for authorization and a password.

WARRANTY
JOAB guarantees that every new product manufactured or marketed by JOAB or JOAB dealers is free from material defects. The warranty applies to a new unit in accordance with the JOAB warranty conditions and the general provisions, LFG21, for deliveries as stated in the sales order.

JOAB ACADEMY - TRAINING OFFERS
We offer training on our products as needed. We have the opportunity to train at our locations in Gothenburg and Stockholm, but also at the customer's request and location for an additional cost for travel and accommodation. To register for the courses or get more information, send an email to:
