How long have you worked at JOAB?
I have worked at JOAB since October 2018.
Describe your role and what a work day looks like for you?
I work as an electrician and am responsible for ensuring the correct connection of the cab to the vehicle's electrical system and carrying out thorough testing and programming to ensure all components are working correctly. By doing this, I ensure that all electrical components are working smoothly before the final inspection, which is essential to maintain both functionality and safety.
What is the most exciting thing about your job?
Testing the functions that I have installed and programmed. That is what is most exciting, as that is where you get the confirmation that what you have done is right.
What do you like best about JOAB?
The camaraderie among all my colleagues, it's a fantastic group who stick together and help each other out. We really are a great team!
HENRIK OSCARSSON
Describe your role and what a work day looks like for you?
I first started working with preparation/construction before I became Key Account Manager for Scania. My work tasks and areas of responsibility vary from day to day. To name a few examples, I work with different projects together with Scania CV, development of sales strategies, aftermarket issues, central customer sales, direct sales to dealers and customer meetings to assess the customer's needs. It is challenging but at the same time great fun to work with other countries such as Norway and Denmark while working with the domestic market.
What is the most exciting thing about your job?
The most exciting thing is the diversity of my work, to be the spider in the web. One day is seldom like another.
What do you like best about JOAB?
JOAB always places the customer first! Much of our development takes place in collaboration with our customers and this is highly valued when they use our products, which are thus developed by users, for users!
NIKLAS WENTHE
Describe your role and what a work day looks like for you?
I work in JOAB's technology department where my work includes operation and set-up as well as development ofJOAB's sales configurator. Days can vary depending on whether there are support issues, problem solving, training or pure implementation work. I lead a daily TEAMs meeting with a representative from each department where we make decisions about new products & services for sales.
What is the most exciting thing about your job?
Being involved in creating something that makes a big difference and improves many parts of our processes.
What do you like best about JOAB?
It is a stable company with many happy and talented employees, who develop innovative products and solutions."
