HMF Crane 2820K-RCS

HMF CRANE 2820K-RCS

A particularly strong crane with large lifting capacity in relation to its tare weight. The intermediate class program is designed with the smallest possible installation dimensions, for the best possible payload. For HMF 2320 and 2820, a 150 litre oil tank can be installed on the crane base to give even more space for chassis mounted equipment.

The arm system is supplied with a 15° upper angle between the lifting arm and rocker arm, which gives great flexibility for tasks that require precision and in confined spaces

Double link arm system Power Plus
Provides large lifting capacity, also when the arm is fully extended and at all angles.

HDL Speed regulation system
The user-friendly speed regulation system allows the operator to thoroughly check the movements of the crane, which simultaneously increases the lifting capacity.

PFC (Priority Flow Control)
Controls the oil flow when the operation requires more oil flow than the pump can deliver. This gives better operating economy and smoother pace of work.

Durable
The crane boom has a new design and the frame is reinforced for optimal strength. The main components have also been redesigned and provide more strength without changing the tare weight. For best durability and strength, the arm system is made of ultra-high-strength steel.

Surface treatment for the best surface quality
HMF's surface treatment consists of HMF's ZetaCoat pre-treatment followed by EQC powder-coat, which ensures that rust cannot take hold. We guarantee that you get the best possible surface quality that does not fade or succumb to corrosion damage.

Thorough testing
HMF cranes undergo thorough and tough testing prior to delivery. All crane series end up on the test bench where the cranes are loaded to at least 125% of their nominal performance capacity in all positions. Not just once, but 145,000 times! The crane also undergoes dynamic testing where we test the durability of all the components.

Features

Slew Braking Control - SBC

Damps the slewing motion in the event of sudden stops and gives smooth movements. This means that quick work such as loading and unloading can be carried out more efficiently. The load and wear on the crane's components is also reduced, which gives a longer service life and a higher used value.

EVS – stability system

Electronic Vehicle Stability (EVS) is a dynamic vehicle stability system that constantly monitors the stability of the vehicle in all working areas during crane operation. EVS actively incorporates the load on the vehicle, the inclination of the ground, the vehicle heel, the load moment of the crane, and its working speed. EVS can increase the […]

HMF Radio Remote Control

HMF's radio control is one part of a unique control and safety system (TCC – Total Crane Control) which gives the crane operator all the advantages and possibilities for radio control of crane functions and essential safety functions in the HMF RCL safety system. A number of actions can be performed in addition to controlling […]

Progressive Crane Control - PCC

Damps both mechanical and hydraulic slewing in the event of sudden movements making crane motion smoother, work more efficient whilst reducing wear.
